Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new and unused products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, DOGORA Active Wear must be free of pet hair, dirt and odour, with original tags intact. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs on returning products for a refund.

Once your order has been returned and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be deposited. If this time has passed and you have not received your refund, please check with your bank. If issue is not resolved, please contact us @ email@example.com
You will be refunded the total value of your order, minus any shipping fees. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
DOGORA will exchange and replace item(s) if they are defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect. If you’d like to exchange the same product for a different size, we can accommodate your request. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org.
